I recently had an issue with the FTB that caused my business to lapse into ‘suspended’ status for about a week, even though I had documents of all payments and filed taxes. This was pretty much a matter of form letters being generated quickly on the FTB’s part to put my entity into suspension, even though one payment that had been requested was in the mail and all others had been submitted. Fortunately, the folks at FTB Revivors helped immediately. I reached out to Steve on email on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend, and he was quick to respond. I provided all documentation and proof of payments to FTB Revivors and they went to the FTB counter in Sacramento on my behalf to get the issue resolved. I hate that we have to resort to this, but I’m glad FTB Revivors exists and provides this service to get your business back into active status.
