What to Expect
- A 60 minute call with our founder and Corporate Revivor Specialist, Steven Lamb. We take great pride in starting off on the right foot – as it is of paramount importance to us.
- Q&A session about the revivor process.
- Estimated time frame for your suspended entity to reflect an active status and the amount of trips to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
- We will determine if your situation qualifies for any special programs with the State of California.
- We will prepare an estimate on the fees and penalties due to the FTB based on the information provided. A confirmation of the State’s required fees will be obtained during our first trip to the FTB on your behalf.
- Answers to your questions will be provided at this time.
- The phone consultation fee ($250) will be credited toward the cost of any revivor package if you decide to move forward with our services.
